The Best Eminem Freestyles
76Eminem's Best Freestyles
Long before Eminem was known for his successful albums and wild
lifestyle, he was hailed by many as one of the best freestylers in the
hip-hop game. With many totally unrehearsed, off the top of the brain
freestyles under his belt, he was considered a true MC. In addition to
these true freestyles, he also released many 'radio freestyles' as
well, which are prerehearsed random verses recited over a random beat.
These are snippets from what I believe to be the best Eminem freestyles.
"My music is soothing, but it’s also been proven
That it can put you in the mood to jump out of your car while it’s moving
You’ve been waiting on this moment
My sermon is like an omen, I’m servin’, I’m Eric Sermon
I saw the window was open and I jumped through it"
In
this freestyle he uses his friend Obie Trice's beat 'Love Me' and
completely shines on it with his unorthodox, yet incredibly steady
flow. His flow is the most incredible thing in this verse, but he
definitely has the lyrics to match it.

"Are you afraid of a blade made of a razor with AIDS
Blood dripping from it, ripping your stomach up from the waste up?
You talk a lot of junk, but you was never ill though
I’m strong enough to beat you to death with a feather pillow"
This is a verse from his earlier years when he employed a more joking style in his raps. It's still incredibly raw.
"Broke the rubber, busted a nut up in your mother
So how you feel about having another little brother?
Nasty motherfucker, talking like a trucker
Snatch your bitch up out your track, smacked her up and fucked her"
Another
excellent example of Eminem's older style where he cracked filthy jokes
in rhyme form. This is from one of his many Wake Up Show appearances.
"Chauvinist pig, drove in this big Lincoln ’til it went over the bridge
Jumped out and dove in a ditch
Broke in a mobile home and stole the stove and the fridge
Kidnapped the parents and left a randsome note for the kids"
These
lyrics are the definition of 'ahead of their time' rhyming. Keeping a
similar rhyme scheme going for as long as he does in this Eminem freestyle was very rare back then and even today it's not seen much.
These are my 4 favorite Eminem freestyles, but he has many, many more to check out.

Eminem is one of the greatest emcees of all time, no question. He's been head an shoulder's above the competition from day one. He is a taction with how he rhymes, his flow, delivery, cadence, tone, breathe control, and lyrics come together seemlessly and he's able to write appealing choruses which is uncanny for lyrical rappers. I just wish more up an coming rappers would model themselves after emcees like em instead these jokes we call rappers nowadays.
Where is despicable? That's his best freestyle.

Eminem is one of my favorite rappers of all time. His music is powerful and his lyrics are always sick. What's really cool about him is how he's so mainstream even though many consider him to be pretty hardcore. Original hub, I agree those were some of his best freestyles.
